All our international orders are shipped with DHL. 
National orders are shipped with Correos express.

International Orders: import duties & taxes

Our prices include delivery and transport costs, but if you are located outside of the EU, your purchase from our store may also be subject to additional import duties and / or taxes which will be charged to you by the Customs Office of the country you reside in.

These rates vary by product type and from country to country, so we strongly recommend that you check your local rates, tax-free import limits and procedures before completing your purchase with us.

Blue Anemone is not responsible for delays due to customs.

UK Orders: import duties & taxes

Blue Anemone is based in Spain (EU).

Since 1st January 2021, all items from the EU are subject to import fees and taxes when arriving to the UK. Check with your local custom tax department for more information. From our experience import fees ad taxes are more or less 30%-50% of the total order amount.

Blue Anemone is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

All items must be on their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Also all the labels must remain attached. Any returns received which do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused.

-Blue Anemone gladly accepts returns and cancellations:

It is mandatory to email us before making the return.

-The following items can't be returned or exchanged: 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

-Conditions of return:

Customers are responsible for the entire return process and also the generated return costs. We are not able to provide any prepaid label. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

-Shipping charges are not refundable:

If your original purchase qualified for free shipping then the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount:

Spain: 4 euros

European Union: 16 euros

Rest of the world: 25 euros

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

-Important: returns from outside the EU

A customs declaration is required for all returns from countries outside of the European Union. Please mark your customs form as Product Returned To Vendor For Refund – failure to do so will result in charges for import duties & taxes which we will not accept and which will be recharged back to you. 

Please note parcels that are not picked up by the customer or which are refused by the customer will be returned to us without the necessary customs declaration mentioned above. This action will result in charges for import duties & taxes that we will not accept and which will be recharged back to the customer.
