Blue Anemone is a slow fashion and sustainable brand. All our garments are ethically made. We produce locally. For our collections we only use natural fibers, a lot of them with eco certifications. We love collaborating with artisans. All our packaging is plastic free.
For making our 70s market bags we have upcycled 70s vintage fabrics from flea markets. Most of them are one of a kind. Some are small batches.

All our international orders are shipped with DHL.
National orders are shipped with Correos express.

-European union: 2-3 working days

Buyers are responsible to pay for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
All international orders outside the European Union are subject to import fees and taxes. Check with your local custom tax department for more information.
UK customers: Since 1st January 2021, all items from the EU are subject to import fees and taxes. Check with your local custom tax department for more information. From our experience import fees and taxes in the UK are more or less 40%-50% of the total order amount.
Blue Anemone is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchanges

Custom or personalized order
Conditions of return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
